Tématem rigorózní práce Livonský stát a Moskevská Rus na přelomu 15. a 16. století jsou diplomatické vztahy mezi Livonskem a ruskými zeměmi v letech 1471 až 1505. Jejím cílem je zachytit zásadní kvalitativní změnu rusko-livonských vztahů, ke které došlo v období dokončování procesu nazývaného ruskou historiografií "sobiranije russkich zemel". Na vrcholu tohoto procesu stál moskevský veliký kníže Ivan III. (1462-1505), jenž byl definitivním podmaněním Velikého Novgorodu v roce 1478 a nabytím značného vlivu v dosud formálně samostatném Pskově nevyhnutelně zatažen do problematiky diplomatických a obchodních vztahů v baltském prostoru. Sílící ruský stát, jehož zrod je ruskou historiografií kladen do roku 1478, se stal bezprostředním sousedem Livonska, což se nemohlo neprojevit na charakteru ruskolivonských vztahů. Cílem práce je postihnout hlavní rysy Ivanovy baltské politiky, priority, které v ní sledoval, a prostředky, jimiž dosahoval svoje politické cíle. Zároveň jsem se snažil zachytit postoj představitelů livonského řádu, duchovenstva a měst k procesu, který probíhal na východ od livonské hranice, a jejich politiku vůči ruským zemím, jež byla ovlivňována komplikovanou situací uvnitř livonského státu. In this years was closed integration of Russian countries under rule of the great princ of Moscow. After the connection Great Novgoroďs to the Moscow Russia in the year 1478 was changed into direckt neighbour of Livonia the strong Russian state. From this year was diplomatic and military superiority on the side of Russian state. Livonia was not enjoying equal rights diplomatic partner of Moscow sovereign. Pasportizace budov JČU pomocí CityEngine s využitím bezpilotních technologií

The aim of this work is to create 3D model of the buildings of the University of South Bohemia and its surroundings in the ArcGIS CityEngine program. For the given area, the roofs and facades of the buildings owned by the University of South Bohemia were photographed using the DJI Phantom 4 Pro drone. The images served as textures for the appearance of individual buildings in the created model. The work is divided into two parts. The first part includes a literature review and is theoretical introduction to the topic of passporting, spatial planning, unmanned aerial vehicles and 3D modeling. The second part describes used methods and the steps to the created building model in CityEngine

Portraits of Vilém and Petr Vok of Rosenberg as compensatory aids for visually disabled

This bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the basic characteristics of portraiture in the history of art. The chapture describes selected artistic directions and their characteristic properties associated with portraiture. The next chapture focuses on the life of the last lords of Rosenberg - William and Petr Vok. The third chapture deals with Kratochvíle chateau, its appearance and history from the beginning of construction to the present. The last chapture deals with the topic of visually impaired people. This chapture outlines the issue of using compensatory aids - such as haptic models for these individuals. The aim of practical part of this bachelor thesis was to create haptic models for the blind and visually impaired by portraits William and Petr Vok from Rosenberg. Both models will be part of the exhibitions at Kratochvíle chateau

Mapping of blind spots of public lighting in České Budějovice

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is mapping of blind spots in the selected part of České Budějovice. For this work the land of park Stromovka will be used, location of Švábův Hrádek and also campus of Jihočeská univerzita. Localization of public lighting by modern mobile applications enables better mapping of blind spots. Work is divided into 2 parts. First part contains literary recherche, which deals with geographical information system, geographic data collection method and description of public lighting. Second part of this bachelor thesis deals with the description of the territory of interest, methodology and carrying out research. The localization of public lightening will take place from 23.2 till 3.3. To create a map of localized lamps in the field, the mobile application Collector was used. Software ArcGIS was used for field data processing and map output creation
